At Membantu, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
